30T/D WHEAT FLOUR MILL

30T Wheat Flour Milling plant is commercial one suitable for millers to make bread, pancake and cake flour with small scale production and low cost.

Technical for cleaning system: One sieve, two beating, one removing stone, one washing and two magnetic selecting.

Technical for flour system: Eight roller mills, three double–bin sifter sifters, one bran brusher.

Accessory parts: Pipes, spare parts, air seal, motors, central control panel, high pressure blower etc.

2.Flour extraction :to produce standard flour : 75-82%

To produce grade 2 flour: 70-75%

To produce grade 1 flour: 65-70%
